THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR SKILL IN MAKING SUSHI ROLL! And for the DETAILS, i APPRECIATE IT. Don’t mind the STUPID GUYS ( like “bobbie55511111″) who gives negative comments INSTEAD of saying THANK YOU!!! You are a GOOD GUY!!!

  5. MrRanDay says:

cool. this is a good “how-to” video. most sushi videos only show how its done and don’t explain what you need and how-to.

  6. kuru2k9 says:

lol go easy on the poor guy.

Do you have any idea on how many videos there are that to NOT explain the details on how to make a simply sushi roll? NONE.

    Great vid.

back in the late 1990 all ca and spicy tuna rolls had mayo in them, cus of the fat content and customer complains the restaurants started leaving out or using very little mayo in the rolls.

  11. fardisghomeshi says:

@clicklipstick no just stick w sushi rice brown rice is like doing sushi injustice.

  12. clicklipstick says:

@daisieful Thanks so much for this! I understand, brown rice isn’t as easy to eat with chopsticks either like white rice so, I haven’t tried it out yet on sushi… I heard that mixing sticky white rice with some brown rice should work though :)

  13. daisieful says:

@clicklipstick i believe you can, but the rice should be somewhat glutinous (sticky) so that it’s not falling apart when you roll the sushi. short grain rice is sticky and better when making sushi. if you can find brown rice that is glutinous then it should be okay to use.
